The Aquatics Centre is located at Morningside Avenue and Military Trail just south of Hwy 401 and includes two internationally sanctioned 10-lane, 50-metre pools (including bulkheads); a 5-metre deep diving tank with 3-metre, 5-metre, 7.5-metre and 10-metre platforms; and dry-land dive training facilities. The Field House features flexible gymnasium space for training and competition, as well as an indoor recreational track and fitness area with cardio and weightlifting facilities.

Bus services run along Lawrence Avenue, Port Union Road, East Avenue and Lawson Road which connect passengers to the subway, LRT, and Rouge Hill GO Transit station located on Lawrence Avenue at East Avenue, making commutes to downtown Toronto quick and easy. Motorists are a few minutes from the Port Union Road on-ramp to Highway 401. This commuter highway connects to all of Toronto’s major highways leading into and out of the city.
